With technical expertise in cascade systems and refrigeration, she brings deep understanding of cold-chain efficiency—critical for maintaining product purity and texture in frozen desserts. Coming from a family with long-standing experience in kulfi and frozen candies, she leads Blush Bites with a strong focus on process excellence, hygiene, and scalable manufacturing.
