Refund & Cancellation Policy

BLUSH BITES

At BLUSH BITES, we prepare handcrafted organic kulfi using fresh milk and natural ingredients under strict hygiene standards. Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict offline-only sales and refund policy.


1. Offline Sales Only

BLUSH BITES does not sell or deliver kulfi products online through its website.

All purchases are made offline only through:

  • Authorized retailers

  • Franchise outlets

  • Ice cream shops

  • Bulk / B2B supply arrangements


2. No Return Policy

Due to food safety regulations and the frozen nature of kulfi products:

  • No returns are accepted once the product has been sold or delivered

  • ❌ Opened, partially consumed, or temperature-exposed products are not eligible for return

This policy ensures hygiene, consumer safety, and product quality.


3. No Cancellation Policy

Once an offline purchase or bulk order has been confirmed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Advance payments (if any) are non-refundable

This applies to:

  • Retail purchases

  • Franchise supplies

  • Bulk orders


4. Replacement Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Replacement may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • Issue is reported immediately at the point of receipt

🔹 Replacement requests must be raised before storage or resale
🔹 No cash refunds will be issued

Decision of BLUSH BITES management will be final.


5. Bulk Orders & Franchise Supplies

For franchise partners and bulk buyers:

  • Replacement terms are governed by separate supply agreements

  • No refunds are provided once stock is dispatched

  • Storage and handling responsibility transfers upon delivery


6. Seasonal & Temperature Disclaimer

Frozen desserts are sensitive to:

  • Temperature fluctuations

  • Storage conditions

  • Handling practices

BLUSH BITES is not responsible for quality issues arising due to:

  • Improper storage

  • Power failures

  • Freezer malfunction

  • Delay in product handling after delivery


7. Policy Changes

BLUSH BITES reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on the official website.
